Are you excited by the idea of helping scale a fast‑growing tech business across London, Mumbai and Austin? Do you want to build a career in Product Operations while working with cutting‑edge GenAI tools? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Fospha is dedicated to building the world's most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we’ve helped teams make smarter decisions with full‑funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter. Trusted by leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Represent, Fospha manages $4 billion in annual ad spend. We’re scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we’re now looking for a Product Operations Lead to join our Product team to support the growth of the business by building and running Fospha’s product operating system.
The Role
As Product Operations Lead, you will design, run and continually refine the operating system that powers Fospha’s product organisation. You will drive clarity, predictability and strategic alignment across discovery, delivery and go‑to‑market. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, PMM, Design, Data Science and Leadership to ensure we ship the right things, ship them well, and learn from every release.
Key Responsibilities
- Evolving and scaling Fospha’s product operating system, refining discovery → decision workflows, strengthening hypotheses, metrics and decision logs, and ensuring discovery, delivery and GTM act as one system.
- Enabling high‑quality prioritisation and strategic decision‑making, improving how we compare bets (impact, confidence, effort, risk) and running light, high‑leverage portfolio and initiative‑level cadences.
- Turning strategy into action by owning the planning mechanism (intake, shaping, resourcing, sequencing) and producing exec‑ready reporting that links strategy → investments → releases → outcomes.
- Driving delivery excellence and predictable execution, partnering with Product, Engineering and Delivery Management to improve cycle time, remove friction, implement pragmatic standards, and run rigorous post‑launch learning loops.
- Building and operating the Release Train with PMM, running a milestone‑based release process with tiers, readiness gates, and consistent enablement across Sales, CS, Marketing and Partnerships.
- Embedding cross‑functional alignment and tight feedback loops, implementing DRIs/RACI, running decision‑driving forums, standardising enablement kits, and turning field feedback into prioritised iteration.
- Owning Product & Tech training, tools, and enterprise risk management, including onboarding, quarterly ops sprints, operating model coaching, tooling governance, and maintaining strategic Product & Tech risks and succession planning.
What we’re looking for
We hire for potential — you should apply if you:
- Have strong experience in Product Operations, Program Management or building product delivery systems.
- Thrive in fast‑scaling environments and love designing and iterating operating models.
- Think in systems and have a talent for bringing clarity to complexity.
- Partner seamlessly across Product, Engineering, PMM and GTM teams.
- Are energised by autonomy and ownership.
- Are excited by the opportunities GenAI brings and eager to use our GenAI hub to improve how teams work.
