About us: Fospha is dedicated to building the world’s most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we have helped teams make smarter decisions with full-funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter. Trusted by over 200 leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Represent, Fospha manages $2.5 billion in annual ad spend.

We are scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we are now looking for two Product Managers to join our Product team to support the growth of the business from all things Product!

The Role: Fospha is pioneering the future of marketing intelligence, moving enterprise retailers beyond the broken world of click-based attribution. Our mission is to transform complex data into the single, most trusted source of truth for CMOs and CFOs managing high-stakes budgets. As a Product Manager, your focus will be on solving the biggest problems in signal loss, market complexity, and measurement bias that plague high-growth retail brands today.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of products focused on marketing measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-quality products.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and manage a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with Product Design to ensure functionality meets the needs of end-users. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance and guide future enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and support.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address product issues and bottlenecks promptly. Implement solutions that enhance product reliability, scalability, and performance.

In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working using our Gen AI hub!

What are we looking for? We hire for potential – you should apply if you:

  • Product Management Experience: Experience in product management, with a focus on marketing measurement and attribution products.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of marketing principles, measurement techniques, and attribution models. Experience working with marketing teams to align product goals with marketing strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • User Experience Focus: Demonstrated ability to discover and deliver products that prioritise user experience and customer satisfaction. Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure.

Our Values and Principles: You will be able to demonstrate examples of our core principles:

  • Seek inclusion & diversity: We create an environment where everyone feels welcome, and people are encouraged to speak and be heard.
  • Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact.
  • Grow: We are proactive, curious, and unafraid of failure.
  • Customer at the heart: We care about the customer, feel their pain and love building product that solves their biggest problems.
  • Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude.

What we can offer you: Be part of a leading global venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot and learn from the incredible talent in BC.
