About Us
Fospha is building the world's most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we've helped marketing teams make smarter decisions with full-funnel insights, forecasting, and optimisation. Trusted by brands like Huel, Gymshark, and Dyson, Fospha manages over $4 billion in annual ad spend across three continents. We're scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin — and we're building out our social presence in a serious way. We want Fospha to be the brand that senior marketers at eCommerce brands actually follow, engage with, and talk about. That starts with great social content — and that's where you come in.
The Role
This is a hands‐on, high‐output social content role. You'll own the day‐to‐day creation and execution of Fospha's social presence — primarily LinkedIn and short‐form video — working closely with our Senior Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing. You'll take Fospha's research, insights, and product thinking and turn them into social content that senior marketers actually want to watch, read, and share. You'll be in the edit, on camera, in the trends, and in the data. You'll know what's performing before anyone asks, and you'll have ideas for what to try next before the last post has gone live. This isn't a strategy role with occasional execution. It's a hands‐on execution role for someone who also thinks about why content works and how to make it better. Our audience is senior marketers at eCommerce brands — so the best content is clear, sharp, and rooted in real insights.
What You'll Do
- Own social content end‐to‐end — ideating, filming, editing, and publishing short‐form video and LinkedIn content that builds Fospha's brand with our target audience.
- Turn Fospha's research, reports, product launches, and customer stories into engaging social content — whether that's short videos, carousels, or sharp LinkedIn posts.
- Support executive social presence — helping create content for Fospha leaders, so our insights reach the market through both the Fospha account and individual voices.
- Stay ahead of trends and signals — actively monitoring what formats are working across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while also keeping a close eye on what competitors, platforms, and marketing leaders are talking about.
- Be comfortable on camera — whether that's filming yourself, helping prep our exec team, or directing others, you're not shy in front of a lens.
- Track and report on performance — you care about views, engagement, follower growth, click‐throughs, and whether the right marketers are paying attention.
- Work cross‐functionally — pulling in subject matter experts from Product, CS, and Sales to turn their knowledge into content people actually want to watch.
- Support broader content moments — events, social moments, awards, team highlights — you'll be there with a camera and a plan.
- Use AI tools actively — accelerating ideation, scripting, captioning, visual creation, and editing workflows.
- Create polished visual content — editing video, designing LinkedIn carousels, generating images or graphics, and producing assets that make Fospha's insights stand out in the feed.
- Experiment constantly — testing new formats, hooks, and platforms, learning quickly from what performs, and making sure Fospha shows up wherever marketing leaders are paying attention.
What We're Looking For
We hire for potential and energy. You should apply if you:
- Are native to social platforms — you don't just use them, you understand how they work, what the algorithm rewards, and why certain content cuts through.
- Are obsessed with trends — you're the person who spots something blowing up before it's everywhere, and you know how to make it relevant to a brand like Fospha.
- Are a fast executor — you can go from idea to published post quickly, without needing everything to be perfect before you hit go.
- Are confident on camera — comfortable filming yourself or others, at ease in front of a lens, and able to bring natural energy to video content.
- Are performance‐aware — you care about metrics, you check them regularly, and you use them to make better decisions.
- Are coachable but energetic — you bring your own ideas and instincts, but you're open to feedback and you want to grow fast.
- Have 1–2 years of experience creating social or video content (professional or personal — a strong personal brand or portfolio counts).
Our Values
- Seek inclusion & diversity — we create an environment where everyone feels welcome and heard.
- Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together — we take responsibility and close loops.
- Grow — we are curious and unafraid of failure.
- Customer at the heart — we build to solve real customer problems.
- Candour with caring — we give feedback openly and kindly.
