The Role
We’re looking for an organised and curious Graduate HR Coordinator to join our People Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career who’s eager to learn how people processes work end-to-end — and isn’t afraid to fix things when they don’t run as smoothly as they should. You’ll play a key role in keeping our HR data accurate, supporting with policy and process improvements, and ensuring our employees have a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding.
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative People team where you’ll gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of HR — from data management to policy design and process improvement. We’ll invest in your growth and help you build a strong foundation for your career in People Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data across our HR systems (Hibob), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with our benefits provider to manage employee enrolments and changes.
- Assist with drafting and updating company policies and employment documentation.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.
- Own the full onboarding and offboarding process — from system setup to exit administration — ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.
- Support process optimization within Hibob and other HR tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support across the People team as needed.
