Job Description
- Review and coordinate all MEP drawings to ensure full alignment with architectural and structural teams, in compliance with BCA regulations.
- Monitor and coordinate fire stopping works for all wall and floor penetrations, in line with Singapore’s fire safety codes (e.g., SS 495).
- Plan and organise the spatial arrangement of service shafts, vertical risers and piping routes to optimise space utilisation and building efficiency.
- Collate and submit equipment load and foundation data to the structural team for structural verification.
- Liaise with PUB, SP Group and other relevant authorities for municipal pipeline connections and external service interfaces.
