Develop and implement strategies to expand FOSI Consultants' presence in the market.

Lead and manage the process of acquiring new clients and projects.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or other field; a master's degree is an advantage.

At least 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.

Strong understanding of the design and consulting sectors, including project management and urban planning.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
