About The Role
Join Our Dynamic Onsite Warehouse Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to become a vital part of our onsite Warehouse Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Production & Warehouse and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Position Details:
- Schedule: 4 on 2 off, 10:30pm - 6:30am (Nights)
- Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
- Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate materials to support production objectives in line with quality, BRC, and food safety standards
- Ensure accurate stock levels and timely resolution of queries, collaborating with Warehouse and MRP teams
- Monitor inventory, implement stock control measures, and minimise waste
- Identify and address discrepancies, implementing corrective actions
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams for consistency
- Conduct regular stock takes, adjust systems, and take corrective actions
- Address daily queries efficiently to minimise production disruption
- Complete paperwork accurately and update stock information
- Check received items against orders and improve processes
- Compile reports, address inventory discrepancies, and perform audits
- Train new colleagues on the D365 system and support stock control
- Build relationships with customers to manage potential issues
- Collaborate with Logistics for timely raw material bookings
- Monitor and minimise waste, participate in continuous improvement
- Conduct physical and end-of-year stock takes
- Record and investigate stock write-offs
- Report errors and patterns to managers
- Manage deliveries and late loads when needed

- GCSE Maths qualification required
- Certifications in Food Safety, Health & Safety, and FLT License required
