About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Engineering Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Machine Setter to become a vital part of our onsite Engineering Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Engineering and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details

  • Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shift patterns between 6:30am and 10:30pm
  • Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
  • Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Set-up and operate test machinery as per production requests/plan.
  • Ensure correct programmes are in the machine prior to start-up.
  • Carry out blade changes.
  • Carry out lubrication of machinery as per schedule.
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Highlight and H&S issues and near misses, all procedures are followed and documentation completed accurately.
  • Assist engineering when required.
