Forza Foods Ltd is seeking a Stand in Labour Coordinator to join the onsite Labour Team at our Normanton site. The role is permanent and based on a 4 on 2 off rotating shift pattern between 6:30am and 10:30pm.
You will plan, organise and schedule workers to ensure labour needs are met, support shift start and assist with payroll hours. A flexible, detail‑oriented approach and good IT skills are essential.
