About The Role
Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at Forza Foods!
Line Manager - Production (Low Care) will be a key part of our onsite Production Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of production plans
- Comply with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment)
- Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate)
- Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
- Encourage teamwork
- Help train new starters
- To meet the required standards around specifications and quality
- Professional around people management
- Efficient and effective use of labour
- Manage, monitor and improve line performance
- Support new starters, offering help where required
