Overview of the Line Manager - Production (High Care) at Forza Foods. Join the onsite Production Team at our protein site in Normanton. This role focuses on production leadership and line management within a high care environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm
- Location: Forza Foods – Site Based Role
- Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of production plans
- Compliance with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment)
- Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate)
- Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
- Encourage teamwork
- Help train new starters
- Meet required standards around specifications and quality
- Maintain professional people management approaches
- Efficient and effective use of labour
- Manage, monitor and improve line performance
- Support new starters, offering help where required
