About The Role
As a
Client Finance Manager , you'll be the first point of contact for online finance enquiries, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to customers.
You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant sales process while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable finance options.
- Manage finance quotes and services, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.
- Clearly explain financial products, ensuring transparency and customer trust.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates, KPIs, and overall performance to meet financial targets.
