Forza Doors is the UK's leading manufacturer of bespoke timber doors and joinery. With revenue of over £33m and ambitious plans for continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help drive the commercial marketing engine behind our next stage of development.

This is a senior, commercially focused marketing role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will lead integrated campaigns, content and messaging that support customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value across both the customer and specification journeys.

You will work closely with our Sales, Commercial and Specification teams to turn customer and market insight into campaigns that connect, convert and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and deliver the integrated content and campaign strategy across digital, offline and in-person channels.
  • Translate customer, market and competitor insight into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Maintain and evolve our brand voice, tone and messaging framework.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to develop campaigns that support acquisition, retention and pipeline activity.
  • Work with the Specification team to align content to the specification journey and key decision points.
  • Build feedback loops with customers and specifiers to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to support nurture sequences, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Define and track campaign performance, reporting on ROI and commercial impact.
  • Manage content across email, website, social, PR, events, print, case studies and technical collateral.
  • Manage agency, freelance and production support where required.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years' marketing experience, including at senior campaign, content or marketing manager level.
  • A strong track record of owning campaigns end-to-end and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in architecture, construction, manufacturing or a closely related B2B sector.
  • Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience developing and maintaining a clear brand voice.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams on pipeline, customer acquisition and retention activity.
  • Confidence using AI tools in a marketing context, with curiosity and good judgement around how they can support better work.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers or production workflows.

You'll be a great fit if you are

  • Commercially minded and outcome focused.
  • A strategic thinker who can also execute.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Analytical and confident using data to build insight and track performance.
  • A strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
  • Process-minded, practical and comfortable building systems that help a function scale.
  • Confident making considered decisions and taking ownership.

How success will be measured

This role will be measured against clear commercial outcomes, including:

  • Revenue influenced by marketing activity.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Enquiry conversion rate.
  • Specific benchmarks and targets will be agreed within the first 90 days.
