This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment where you’ll play a key role in handling complex people matters and supporting managers across the organisation.
The Role
As part of a collaborative HR team, you’ll take ownership of a varied ER caseload, including absence, conduct, capability, and investigations. You’ll:
- Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to managers at all levels
- Lead and support hearings, appeals, investigations and suspensions
- Ensure all cases align with UK employment law, policy and best practice
- Coach and guide managers to build confidence and consistency in people management
- Produce clear, high‑quality HR documentation and reports
- Work to tight SLAs in a high‑volume environment
About You
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end ER cases
- Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting
- Commercially minded with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
- CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) desirable
