What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and delivering high-quality legal hires.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.
  • Developing innovative attraction and sourcing plans.
  • Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and databases.
  • Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring.
  • Delivering engaging, inclusive candidate experiences.
  • Supporting fair and consistent selection processes.
  • Providing market insights and salary guidance.
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes and tools.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in legal recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong direct sourcing and market mapping experience.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
  • A highly organised, proactive approach with the ability to juggle priorities.
  • A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering insight-led hiring.
  • Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
