What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and delivering high-quality legal hires.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.
- Developing innovative attraction and sourcing plans.
- Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and databases.
- Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring.

- Proven experience in legal recruitment (in-house or agency).
