Do you excel in building brand-new income streams from scratch rather than just keeping the lights on? This is a newly-shaped role at a purpose-led organisation looking to diversify beyond their core social channels - think influencer and creator partnerships, TikTok Shop, live shopping, gaming platforms like Twitch and Discord, and social-first fundraising events and challenges.

You'll be:

  • Spotting and testing new platforms and formats before everyone else catches on
  • Building and managing a portfolio of creator, influencer and brand partnerships
  • Running social competitions and livestream events that bring in new supporters and data
  • Using AI tools (Brandwatch, Upfluence and similar) to scale creator discovery and reporting
  • Working hand-in-hand with a content counterpart to make sure the best organic wins get amplified

You'll need:

  • 3+ years in social media, influencer/affiliate marketing or partnerships
  • A track record of turning creator relationships into actual income, not just reach
  • Comfort with new/emerging platforms and social commerce
  • A genuine interest in doing good, values-led work
  • Sector experience in charity/NGO is a bonus, not a requirement - we're just as interested in people from brand, agency or ecommerce backgrounds who fancy something more meaningful.
