You will lead a team of four and play a key role in shaping customer communications, driving engagement and unlocking growth through smarter segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing. Responsibilities:
  • Own CRM performance across the customer lifecycle, delivering against key commercial and engagement KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention and reactivation.
  • Lead customer segmentation strategy, using data and insight to create targeted, personalised customer journeys that drive engagement and business growth.
  • Develop and optimise automated and trigger-based communications, ensuring customers receive relevant messaging at the right stage of their lifecycle.
  • Drive a strong test-and-learn culture, using reporting, analysis and experimentation to generate insights and continuously improve CRM performance.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, analytics and commercial functions to ensure CRM is fully integrated into wider business and customer growth strategies.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven CRM experience with a track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns and driving commercial results.
  • Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing CRM team.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and personalisation strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actions that improve performance.
  • Confident managing stakeholders, influencing decisions and identifying new opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.
