Forward Role are working with a Global Luxury Travel company based in Manchester to find a Paid Media Executive to join their in-house marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' paid media experience who's looking to take the next step, or bring their existing skills into a business where they can genuinely shape strategy and drive results. My client is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for their guests, specialising in curating exceptional luxury trips to unique destinations, and their team is driven by innovation, quality and a passion for the details that make each trip memorable.
You'll assist in the day-to-day management of paid media, working closely with the in-house Digital Manager and an external digital agency to shape strategy and performance. You'll also collaborate with the Brand and Studio teams to develop best-in-class creative and copy, using data to inform every decision you make.
There's also real scope to grow into Influencer and Affiliate marketing here. Previous experience isn't essential, but if you're curious about these channels and want to help build them out, you'll be well supported to do so.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and build paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms to support business needs and drive growth
- Explore, suggest and drive new ideas and concepts across the paid landscape to ensure successful growth of paid activity
- Explore and support new and emerging paid channels
- Support the development and coordination of Influencer and Affiliate marketing activity, working with internal teams and external partners
- Assist with identifying opportunities to test and develop new Influencer and Affiliate partnerships
- Coordinate with key teams to develop and organise asset and content creation
- Work with the Digital Manager to ensure key KPIs and business goals are met
- Analyse data to identify potential gaps for growth and challenge the agency on performance
- Monitor and report on key metrics, preparing regular performance reports
- Work closely with the digital agency to deliver best-in-class PPC and Paid Social/Display campaigns
- Create PPC ad copy and paid social ad mock-ups, ensuring messaging aligns with brand strategy
- Support with budget management
- Support the team in the coordination and building of digital campaigns and general website support
- Liaise on UK-specific content with the global social team
- Analyse trends and review competitors to inform data-driven decisions
- Keep up to date with developments across Paid Media, Influencer and Affiliate marketing, identifying new opportunities for the business
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years of paid media experience
- A solid understanding of digital marketing principles
- Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical, numeracy and written communication skills
- Confidence working with data and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Google Analytics 4
- An eagerness to learn and grow across paid media and the wider digital marketing landscape
