£40,000 - £50,000 Full time onsite initially, then hybrid working Manchester. Forward Role are partnering with a well‑established business in the premium ticketing and hospitality sector, delivering VIP experiences across major UK and international live events, including Premier League football, Wimbledon, Formula 1, leading darts tournaments, and large‑scale concerts and tours. After years of growth driven by reputation and strong industry relationships, the business has recently invested in building robust marketing foundations and is now ready to accelerate its next phase of expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership, build on these foundations, and develop a high‑performing, revenue‑driving marketing function across both B2C and high‑value B2B channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing end‑to‑end with a focus on driving revenue and conversions.
  • Lead CRM and email marketing, including automation, segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
  • Optimise website content, UX and SEO to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.
  • Manage tracking and performance reporting to improve CPA, ROI and lead‑to‑sale conversion.
  • Work closely with sales and partners to improve lead quality and support revenue growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and strong understanding of funnels, conversion and lifecycle marketing.
  • Confident managing websites (WordPress or similar) alongside broader marketing and technical tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking tools such as GTM, analytics and attribution reporting.
  • Commercial mindset with e‑commerce or WooCommerce experience, focused on revenue and performance.
  • Hands‑on, process‑driven problem solver who takes ownership and focuses on high‑impact work.
