The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the wider leadership team, the Head of Growth will own the agency's growth strategy, sales performance, and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver new business revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute the agency's growth strategy across sales and marketing.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial reporting.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing business development function.
  • Oversee prospecting, outreach, qualification, and conversion strategies.
  • Shape and oversee marketing strategy and execution.
  • Drive thought leadership, events, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on market intelligence and customer feedback.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior Growth, Commercial, Revenue, or Business Development leadership role.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth within a digital agency, e-commerce business, SaaS company, or related environment.
  • Experience leading both sales and marketing functions.
  • Demonstrated success in building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, forecasting, budgets, and performance metrics.
