Lead biddable strategy for a global retail brand!

This is a rare opportunity to join a global media agency at the start of a number of new client partnerships.

Following significant new business wins, they are looking for an experienced Biddable Director to lead the Paid Social and Display proposition across prestigious accounts.

You'll play a key role in shaping the biddable strategy, planning and activation to deliver campaigns that drive genuine business results.

The role

  • Lead and develop a team of biddable specialists, acting as a senior client partner and ensuring biddable is embedded into the wider media strategy.
  • Leading Paid Social and Programmatic/Display strategy, planning and activation
  • Developing innovative biddable roadmaps aligned to client objectives and KPIs
  • Building strong senior client relationships and becoming a trusted strategic partner
  • Working closely with Data & Analytics, Planning and Investment teams
  • Identifying new opportunities across platforms, audiences, technology and driving innovation

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, Display or Biddable Media, gained within an agency, platform, media owner, or in-house
  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic and commercially minded approach
  • Strong knowledge of biddable platforms, DSPs and the wider performance media landscape
  • Experience with platforms such as DV360, Amazon DSP or Yahoo DSP would be advantageous
