We’re looking for a highly organised and technically confident Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimise the marketing technology ecosystem, digital platforms and operational processes. This role sits at the centre of Marketing, Engineering, Product Marketing, Data & Insights and Sales Operations, ensuring tools, systems and data infrastructure support high-performing campaigns, scalable growth and seamless customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across the marketing stack, website platforms and strategic integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the marketing technology and operations stack
- Act as the primary owner of HubSpot, ensuring effective governance, automation and platform optimisation
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker and other current and future platforms
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, UTMs and clean data flows across systems
- Deliver operational marketing reporting in collaboration with Data & Insights teams
- Own website and CMS operations, governance and optimisation
- Ensure websites support lead generation, conversion optimisation, experimentation and SEO best practice
- Coordinate with Engineering teams and external partners on releases, fixes and enhancements
- Maintain standards for CMS access, templates and publishing workflows
- Lead website migrations, re-platforming and digital consolidation projects
- Support integration of newly acquired businesses into the marketing technology stack
- Partner with Business Change teams to ensure smooth data and process integration
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve marketing automation, scalability and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation, processes and best practice guides for marketing operations
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in digital marketing operations and marketing technology management
- Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automation and reporting
- Experience working with Salesforce, Looker and CMS platforms
- Solid understanding of marketing attribution, tracking and data flows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
