Are you a Shopify expert, who is as comfortable talking strategy as you are being hands on creating promotions? Are you commercially driven, data-obsessed Ecommerce Manager? Available immediately and keen to jump straight in ahead of Black Friday?

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager to take the reins of a beauty brand's commercial channels - Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop - and play a pivotal role in driving digital growth.

The Role:

  • Taking full day-to-day ownership of Shopify - products, collections, navigation, templates, pricing and promotional mechanics.
  • Building and merchandising landing, collection and product pages to support campaigns and launches.
  • Managing the Shopify app ecosystem and troubleshooting issues, briefing developers where needed.
  • Understanding Liquid, HTML and CSS fundamentals well enough to make minor fixes and brief bigger builds.
  • Owning integrations between Shopify and third-party platforms, keeping product, inventory and customer data flowing correctly.
  • Driving the ecommerce trading plan - promotions, launches, pricing and seasonal moments - and reporting on revenue, conversion, AOV and traffic.
  • Taking ownership of marketplace growth across Amazon and TikTok Shop: listings, content, catalogue health, pricing and promotional activity.
  • Using data and customer insight to keep recommending what's next.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing and developing a Shopify site in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Ideally some marketplace experience - Amazon and/or TikTok Shop.
  • A commercial, customer-first mindset backed up by genuine technical Shopify know-how.
  • Confident owning digital trading and platform development end-to-end, not just executing someone else's plan.
  • Proactive and curious, always looking for the next opportunity to improve performance.
  • Beauty, cosmetics or wider FMCG experience is a strong plus.
  • Available immediately to start, and willing to do 1-2 days a week in Liverpool.
