About the role
We're recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised professional services firm for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their day-to-day digital marketing function. This is a hands-on role with real ownership - you'll drive improvements in automated email, shape evergreen content strategy, and ensure a high-performing presence across all digital channels. You'll manage a Social Media Executive, collaborate closely with a Business Partnering team on customer acquisition, and work alongside content, web, and wider marketing colleagues. The firm is on a clear digital roadmap, with full marketing automation rolling out in 2027 - so there's genuine scope to shape how things are built.
What we're looking for
- Proven multi-channel digital marketing experience - SEO, social, email, and content
- Strong working knowledge of Vuture and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Collaborate with the content and web team to create and optimise evergreen content informed by search insights
- Monitor and report on email and social media performance via GA4 and Google Search Console, translating data into actionable improvements
- Support the Business Partnering team in delivering key priorities and developing customer acquisition strategies
- Produce engaging video and audio content alongside a multimedia designer
- Ensure all digital output meets GDPR compliance, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines
