They’re scaling fast across the UK and Europe and pushing into new international markets, and Paid Social sits right at the heart of how they’re doing it - and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Growth team at a genuinely exciting stage of their journey!

The opportunity

Our client is looking for a hands-on Paid Social Executive to support the execution, optimisation, and scaling of their Meta activity across multiple markets. This is a highly practical role: you’ll be involved in campaign setup, creative testing, performance analysis, and tracking, all while feeding insights back into a wider growth strategy. Meta is the primary channel, but over time you’ll also support the exploration of TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms. You’ll work closely with Creative, CRM, and Data teams throughout.

What the role involves

  • Building, launching, and managing Meta campaigns across UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and new markets as they expand.
  • Reviewing creatives before launch - checking visuals, messaging, localisation, and compliance.
  • Running micro-tests on hooks, formats, copy, and audiences to continuously improve creative performance.
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily, flagging anomalies, and identifying opportunities to optimise.
  • Validating Meta tracking setup (pixel, events, conversions) and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Supporting performance reporting and generating structured insights for the wider team.
  • Assisting with localisation workflows - translation checks, spellchecks, and cultural relevance.
  • Supporting early-stage testing and scaling of new Paid Social channels such as TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Contributing to testing roadmaps, market launches, and wider Growth team initiatives.

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • Experience in Paid Social, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into action.
  • A solid understanding of creative testing and performance marketing principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup and QA.
  • Experience working with video and static creatives and providing constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Meta tracking (pixel, events, conversions).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working across multiple international markets.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and creative workflows.
  • Understanding of attribution, tracking, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with performance reporting tools or dashboards.
  • Experience or genuine interest in TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other emerging Paid Social channels.
