Forward Role is partnering with a Tech Organisation that has been through a period of substantial growth and now looking to add a People Partner – Ops & Advisory as they continue to build a high‑impact, future‑focused People function.

In this role, you’ll be the trusted expert for managers on day‑to‑day people matters, leading ER cases with confidence and sound judgement. You’ll help shape policies, streamline processes, strengthen governance, and use data to drive smarter, scalable ways of working.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise managers on a range of people issues with clear, pragmatic guidance
  • Lead ER cases end to end with consistent, balanced outcomes
  • Coach colleagues on policy interpretation and operational best practice
  • Review and improve policies, templates and processes
  • Identify opportunities to automate and standardise ways of working
  • Strengthen compliance, governance and operational consistency
  • Use people data to spot trends and risks
  • Partner with People Partners and stakeholders to enhance the employee experience
  • Provide expertise on right to work and immigration processes
  • Support wider people projects and initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in ER Case Management & People Ops
  • Proven track record managing varied ER cases
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law
