We’re working with a fast-growing B2C eCommerce business that’s now looking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to continue scaling its online presence and customer base.
The Role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the digital marketing strategy and planning roadmap, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with commercial growth objectives. Rather than focusing on hands-on channel management, your role will centre around strategic planning, performance oversight, and team leadership. You’ll lead a team of four digital specialists, setting direction across acquisition, retention, and customer experience to ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial impact. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2C eCommerce experience who enjoys building strategy, driving planning cycles, and leading teams to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy and planning roadmap.
- Lead and manage a team of 4 digital marketing specialists, setting direction and ensuring delivery against strategic goals.
- Oversee performance across digital acquisition channels including PPC, paid social, SEO, and affiliates, ensuring activity aligns with wider business objectives.
- Work with channel specialists to define budgets, investment strategy, and long-term growth plans.
- Translate commercial objectives into clear digital marketing plans, forecasts, and performance targets.
- Partner with senior marketing leadership to align marketing activity with revenue growth and customer acquisition strategy.
- Oversee eCommerce performance strategy, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall customer journey.
