Forward Role are partnering with a well-established business to recruit a Regional HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where you’ll play a key role in handling complex people matters and supporting managers across the organisation.

The Role

  • As part of a collaborative HR team, you’ll take ownership of a varied ER caseload, including absence, conduct, capability and investigations.
  • Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to managers at all levels.
  • Lead and support hearings, appeals, investigations and suspensions.
  • Ensure all cases align with UK employment law, policy and best practice.
  • Coach and guide managers to build confidence and consistency in people management.
  • Produce clear, high-quality HR documentation and reports.
  • Work to tight SLAs in a high-volume environment.

About You

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end ER cases.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
