We're partnering with a leading UK business to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist to join their growing People team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining complex Employee Relations work with wider engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
The Role
As a trusted ER specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting managers and stakeholders across the business, ensuring best practice, legal compliance and a positive employee experience.
You'll also contribute to strategic projects across engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion and reward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on complex Employee Relations matters.
- Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance-related cases.
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation.
- Support Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, D&I and Reward initiatives.
- Deliver ER training and coaching to managers and HR teams.
- Manage Employment Tribunal cases and liaise with external legal partners.
- Analyse ER data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide on-site support for escalated ER matters across the business when required.
About You
- Strong Employee Relations experience within a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
- Experience managing complex ER cases from start to finish.
- Employment Tribunal case management experience.
- Knowledge of Trade Union relationships and dispute resolution.
- Experience creating and delivering ER training.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Highly organised, resilient and commercially minded.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
