About the role

This is a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-moving online business, supporting the day-to-day running of the ecommerce department. You'll manage product listings, execute promotional campaigns, and help keep the online storefront fresh, accurate and commercially sharp.

What you'll be doing

  • Product management – updating listings and working with ranging and supply chain teams to manage inventory
  • Campaign execution – coordinating and delivering online campaigns, using trends, events and competitor insight to plan deals and promotions
  • Content and merchandising – keeping banners, product descriptions and site content fresh and appealing
  • Data analysis – reviewing sales and customer behaviour to spot trends and opportunities
  • Sales and performance monitoring – tracking category performance and using data to inform stock decisions
  • Cross-functional collaboration – working with buying teams on product selection, availability and pricing
  • Channel optimisation – working with marketing to optimise traffic across email, social and affiliates, and nominating products for email selection
  • Working with IT – flagging site and system opportunities or issues to the development team
