- Leading and structuring the internal marketing team - setting priorities, ways of working, and holding the team accountable to results
- Driving customer acquisition through paid social (Meta, TikTok) and expanding into new channels - affiliates, email, emerging platforms
- Owning and overseeing content creation - from campaign concepts to filming days and social output
- Managing external agencies and partners, holding them to clear KPIs and timelines
- Monitoring funnel performance - CAC, ROAS, conversion rates - and using data to inform every decision
- Ensuring all marketing activity meets healthcare advertising regulations and compliance requirements
- Reporting on performance to senior leadership and the Board
