We're working with a fast-growing, ambitious consumer brand looking for a Head of Amazon

Head of Amazon

Location: Chester (Hybrid, 3 days per week)

Salary: Β£70,000 - Β£75,000 + Bonus + Share Options

We're working with a fast-growing, ambitious consumer brand looking for a Head of Amazon to take full ownership of its Amazon business across the US, UK and Europe. This is a genuinely senior commercial leadership role, with true end-to-end accountability for a significant and rapidly growing Amazon account.

This isn't a role focused on one slice of Amazon. You'll lead the entire account, from senior Amazon relationships and commercial negotiations through to demand planning, stock ordering, retail execution and front-end sales growth. It's a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence with genuine hands-on ownership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Commercial growth: own and deliver the Amazon growth strategy across the US, UK and Europe, taking full P&L accountability and driving front-end sales performance through pricing, promotions, content, advertising and retail readiness.
  • Amazon relationship management: act as the senior commercial owner of the Amazon relationship, building strong stakeholder relationships and leading negotiations on trading terms, joint business plans and promotional investment.
  • Supply chain & operations: take end-to-end accountability for stock availability and inventory performance, managing forecasting, ordering and replenishment while balancing growth against inventory risk.
  • Strategic leadership: own the overall performance of the Amazon account, using data to diagnose opportunities, working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance, and bringing insight to the senior leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing Amazon, ideally within Vendor Central (strong Seller Central experience also considered).
  • Significant experience managing a large, complex and commercially important Amazon account.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's commercial model: vendor negotiations, buying relationships, stock and forecasting, pricing and promotions, retail readiness and advertising.
  • A track record of genuine leadership, alongside a willingness to stay hands-on in the day-to-day detail rather than operate at arm's length.
  • Experience gained in-house at a consumer brand or major retailer; international exposure across US, UK and European markets is a strong advantage.
  • Highly commercial and analytical, agile, resilient and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • This company is going through massive growth at the moment, and has some major plans to target on a Global scale. Now Is the time to get involved and the share option is a great way to back your work.
