In this influential role, you will lead highly skilled research teams, delve deep into complex systems, and provide expert technical guidance across a wide range of cutting-edge projects. You will work hands-on to make, break, and assure systems—while also playing a key role in upskilling teams, shaping solution designs, and advising senior stakeholders through workshops, briefings, and technical delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams researching, characterising and deconstructing systems and technologies.
  • Providing deep technical expertise as an SME, guiding design, architecture and implementation decisions.
  • Delivering high-impact workshops, presentations and hands‐on technical sessions to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Developing and sharing training materials to elevate capability across the organisation.
  • Acting as a trusted consultant, supporting technical assurance and driving secure, robust solutions.
