Forward Role are working with a highly successful and growing UK travel and hospitality business with a turnover of more than £75 million and a strong national presence across both hotels and coach holidays.

They’re now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and play a key role in supporting the next stage of growth.
This is a varied position covering offline marketing, PR and wider brand activity, working closely with senior leadership and digital teams to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
- Lead all offline marketing activity as the main point of contact
- Plan and deliver direct marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, retention and ROI
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across internal and external communications
- Oversee brochure production and develop Travel Trade marketing activity
- Manage PR strategy, key suppliers, KPIs and lead the offline marketing team’s development
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role within a fast‑paced environment
- Strong background in B2C offline marketing, including brochure creation
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Experience managing people, suppliers and delivering high attention to detail, ideally with a marketing qualification or equivalent experience
