We're partnering with a reputable organisation in Bolton that is looking for a HR Project Coordinator to support a range of people-focused initiatives during an exciting period of change. This is an initial 3-month temporary assignment with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Working closely with the HR leadership team, you'll play a key role in coordinating HR projects, driving activity plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are delivered effectively.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating HR and people projects across the business
- Tracking project milestones, actions and deliverables
- Managing project plans, documentation and reporting
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
- Supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and communications
- Maintaining accurate project records and compliance documentation
- Assisting with data analysis and project reporting
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a HR Project Coordinator, HR Coordinator or HR Administration role
- Current DBS clearance (essential)
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
