Hubspot CRM Manager (Mostly B2B with some B2C)

£50k - £60k

Working quietly in the background, they support organisations such as Airlines and Train Operators when plans change, pressure is high, and timing is critical.

Their role is simple: take away the chaos, handle the coordination, and make sure everything runs exactly as it should.

Led by an experienced senior team with backgrounds in some of the world’s most recognised companies, their growing fast and looking to recruit a CRM Manager.

The role:

Hands-on, insight-led role that will own and evolve the CRM capability across multiple brands and audiences. You’ll use data to improve customer journeys, drive commercial impact, and connect teams across the business. Working closely with tech and engineering, you’ll help unify systems into one reliable, joined‑up view of their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the CRM platform, supporting end‑to‑end customer journeys across B2B and B2C brands
  • Set and deliver a group‑wide CRM strategy that drives growth, efficiency, and better decision‑making
  • Partner with internal tech teams to connect CRM with in‑house systems, creating a single, trusted data hub
  • Design smart automations, journeys, and email campaigns that improve engagement and team productivity
  • Turn CRM data into action through reporting, testing, governance, and championing adoption across the business

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of proven email campaign experience
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Skilled in AI‑driven content creation, audience targeting, and A/B testing for data‑led campaigns
  • Strong analytical ability to track performance, interpret metrics, and optimise results
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
