What you'll be doing

  • Shadow experienced team members and learn on the job.
  • Receive structured training and ongoing support to develop your skills.
  • Gain practical experience within your assigned business area.
  • Attend regular reviews to monitor your progress and development.
  • Work towards a recognised qualification alongside your role (subject to eligibility).
  • Complete the compulsory therapy element as part of the traineeship.

These checks can take up to 5 months to complete.
