Forward Trust is seeking a Peer Coordinator to join our prison-based substance misuse service, working 14 hours per week across the Surrey region. You will recruit, train and support Peer Supporters and Health & Wellbeing Champions, helping individuals on their recovery journey at HMP Send and HMP Coldingley.
You will develop and coordinate peer-led interventions, build positive relationships with service users and prison staff, and travel regularly between sites as part of an integrated service.
