Do you believe recovery is more than treatment, it’s about rebuilding lives? We’re looking for a Recovery Navigator based in East Kent to join our Recovery Support Team, supporting people with complex needs to transition, thrive and settle back into the community. This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll work across Forward Trust services in East Kent, using a person-centred, holistic approach to help individuals sustain long-term recovery and reach their potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver tailored, inclusive recovery support through 1:1 work, group sessions and interventions
- Complete robust assessments and co-create bespoke recovery plans
- Support service users with complex, co-occurring needs alongside substance use
- Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies across East Kent (housing, probation, DWP, rehabs)
- Facilitate and contribute to Forward Trust’s online day programme
- Promote and support Forward Connect activities, events and reunions
- Support peer mentors and volunteers, helping build strong recovery communities
- Keep accurate records, manage caseloads and meet agreed targets

- Ability to work flexibly across services and adapt to changing demand
