Looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day? We're seeking an experienced and compassionate High Intensity Therapist to join our team at HMP The Mount on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based psychological therapies within a unique and rewarding environment, supporting individuals to improve their mental wellbeing and prepare for positive futures.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering high-intensity therapeutic interventions on a 1:1 and group basis
  • Assessing referrals and determining suitability for Step 3 interventions
  • Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
  • Supporting service users through their recovery journey and release planning
  • Providing clinical and line management supervision to the Senior PWP
  • Leading on case management, clinical governance, and service development activities
  • Building strong partnerships with healthcare teams, prison staff, and external agencies

All prison-based roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and HMPPS security vetting. These checks can take up to 5 months to complete.
