The Forward Trust is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Substance Misuse Recovery Service at Heathrow Immigration Removal Centre. This full-time role is based in London and involves supporting detainees with substance misuse and mental health needs, promoting wellbeing and transition planning.
You will conduct assessments, manage a caseload, and deliver 1:1 and group interventions, attending MDT meetings and developing discharge plans to ensure continued care after release.
