The Forward Trust is seeking a Band 6 Dual Diagnosis Nurse to join our Thurrock team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week). You will provide clinical assessment, care planning and evidence-based interventions for individuals with co-occurring substance misuse and mental health needs.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support recovery journeys, collaborate with community partners and ensure person-centred care.
