The Forward Trust in Thanet is seeking a Senior Employment Specialist / Team Leader to lead and develop IPS Employment Specialists delivering person-centred employment support across the service area.
You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on coaching, maintain a small caseload of ~10–15 participants when required, and build strong relationships with NHS, local authorities, Jobcentre Plus and employers to create joined-up employment pathways.
