The Forward Trust in London is seeking a Recovery Worker – Peer Supporter Lead to develop and deliver peer-led recovery support within a prison setting. You will recruit, train and supervise peer supporters, and work with healthcare and prison staff to provide joined-up support.
You will use trauma-informed, recovery-orientated practice and harness lived experience to motivate service users toward treatment, wellbeing and sustainable recovery.
