The Forward Trust is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Substance Misuse Recovery Service at Heathrow Immigration Removal Centre in London. This is a full-time, 35-hour-per-week role supporting detainees with substance misuse and low-level mental health needs, delivering person-centred assessments and recovery planning.
You will manage a caseload, deliver 1:1 and group interventions, attend MDT meetings, and help develop discharge plans to ensure continuity of care.
