If so join our Substance Misuse Service at HMP Brixton and play a key role in delivering life-changing therapeutic programmes that support men to overcome drug and alcohol dependency. What you'll be doing: * Lead and coordinate therapeutic group programmes including Stepping Stones, SDTP and The Bridge. * Deliver engaging group sessions and 1:1 interventions using a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach. * Support individuals to build sustainable recovery pathways and positive futures. * Coordinate referrals, assessments, programme timetables and outcomes. * Develop and grow mutual aid groups and peer-led recovery initiatives. * Recruit, support and oversee lived experience volunteers and peer mentors. * Work closely with healthcare professionals, prison staff and recovery teams to deliver outstanding support. * Monitor programme performance and help shape continuous service improvement. What we're looking for: * Passion for supporting people to achieve lasting recovery. * Experience facilitating groups or delivering psychosocial interventions. * Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills. * Ability to motivate, inspire and engage people from diverse backgrounds. * A collaborative team player who thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment. * Confident managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards. * Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred practice and continuous improvement. What you need to know: * It is a fixed-term contract (minimum 3 years) in line with funding arrangements. * It is based at HMP Brixton. * Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends on a rota basis is needed Be part of a team that's changing lives every day.
