This is a full-time position (35 hours per week).

In this rewarding and varied role, you’ll deliver person-centred support using both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches. • Completing assessments, risk reviews and structured interventions
  • Delivering 1:1 sessions and group programmes on substance misuse and low-level mental health topics
  • Providing harm reduction advice and health and wellbeing guidance
  • Supporting service users with release planning and continuity of care into the community
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare, probation, housing, employment and external recovery services
