We’re looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join a fast‑growing Sports travel business working across performance marketing, brand‑led growth, and digital optimisation. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, testing ideas, analysing results, and turning strategy into execution. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing, supporting multiple in-house brands across travel, sport and professional services in both B2B and B2C environments. The role suits someone who is curious, data‑driven, and comfortable switching between creative execution and analytical thinking. Our portfolio includes campaigns and partnerships linked to elite international sporting events — including global golf tours, motorsport and major football competitions — giving you hands‑on exposure to world‑class sporting organisations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance & Paid Media Support - Assist with the planning, setup, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms. Build and manage ad assets (copy, visuals, video briefs) aligned to brand guidelines. Monitor performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and flag insights and opportunities. Support A/B testing of audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
  • Content & Campaign Execution - Create and repurpose content for social media, email, and landing pages. Write clear, conversion‑focused copy for ads, emails, captions, and web pages. Support campaign launches for products, events, and travel experiences. Work with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver assets on time.
  • Email & CRM Marketing - Build and schedule email campaigns using platforms such as Zoho. Segment audiences and support automation flows (welcome, nurture, post‑lead). Ensure data hygiene and correct tagging of leads and contacts.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation - Maintain performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reports. Analyse funnel performance from click to conversion. Support CRO initiatives on websites and landing pages. Use insights to make evidence‑based recommendations.
  • Operational & Project Support - Manage tasks across multiple projects and deadlines. Maintain campaign documentation, asset libraries, and brand guidelines. Support the use of tools such as Zapier, Google Sheets, Canva, and analytics platforms.
  • Social & Content Strategy – Build, execute & scale social & content strategies across internal brands, including outreach activities & community growth projects.

What We’re Looking For

Essential - 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or digital marketing role. Strong understanding of paid & organic social and/or social fundamentals. Confident copywriting skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance metrics. Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Commercial mindset: understands that marketing exists to drive results & growth.

Desirable - Experience in travel, sport, hospitality, or professional services marketing. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Zoho. Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zoho). Basic understanding of CRO, landing pages, and lead‑gen funnels. Canva or light design/video editing skills.

Personal Attributes

  • Naturally curious and keen to test and learn.
  • Skeptical thinker who questions assumptions and looks for evidence.
  • Proactive self‑starter who doesn’t need heavy supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
  • Clear communicator who can explain performance simply.

What You’ll Get

  • Exposure to multiple brands, sectors, and growth stages.
  • Direct access to senior strategy and decision‑making.
  • Real responsibility and the chance to shape campaigns end‑to‑end.
  • Flexible working and a results‑focused culture.
  • Clear progression as the brands continue to grow.
  • Global Travel opportunities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Remote working opportunities.
  • Ongoing training and system support.
