The role:
Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will help deliver the CRM and retention strategy across email, SMS, app push and loyalty. This is a hands‑on role combining campaign delivery, customer journey optimisation and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS and app push
- Deliver CRM activity around key trading moments, launches and promotions
- Build and optimise customer segments and automated Klaviyo journeys
- Support loyalty and retention initiatives across UK and international markets
- Analyse campaign performance, testing results and competitor activity to identify improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Hands‑on experience in CRM, retention or email marketing
- Experience building and optimising campaigns, journeys, segmentation and personalised communications
- Klaviyo experience desirable but not essential, with SMS, app push or loyalty experience a bonus
- Confident analysing performance data and using insights to drive commercial improvements
- Highly organised, detail‑focused and proactive, with retail, fashion, sportswear or ecommerce experience beneficial
