Forward Role are delighted to be working exclusively with a high-growth, internationally recognised property business headquartered in Cheshire, on a genuinely exciting Paid Social Manager appointment. This is a business operating across global markets with serious commercial ambition, a strong brand and a marketing function that is genuinely invested in performance.
You will be joining a collaborative, commercially driven marketing team and taking full ownership of paid social strategy across multiple international territories. This isn’t a role where you’re executing a brief handed down from above - you’ll be setting the strategy, owning the budget, shaping the creative direction and driving measurable acquisition results across some of the world’s most competitive markets.
The business operates in a fast-moving, cyclical environment where timing, targeting and creative quality are everything. Paid social is a critical acquisition channel and the expectation is clear - performance, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Owning paid social strategy end-to-end across all active global markets — aligned to commercial acquisition targets and the annual marketing calendar
- Planning, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms — with daily performance monitoring and data-led decision making
- Briefing and iterating on creative in close collaboration with the Creative team — feeding clear, channel-specific direction to improve engagement and conversion
- Defining target audiences and market priorities alongside the wider Acquisition team, with a sharp focus on lead quality as well as volume
- Building structured testing frameworks across audiences, messaging, formats and platforms — with documented learnings and clear escalation of what works
- Owning tracking, attribution and reporting — weekly and monthly performance reports that go beyond numbers to deliver genuine insight and recommendations
- Supporting regional teams with guidance and best practice for local paid social activity where needed
- Keeping ahead of platform developments and proactively identifying new growth opportunities before the competition does
Key Skills:
- Strong creative instinct — you know what good looks like on each platform and you can brief it clearly
- Analytically sharp — comfortable with attribution, tracking and reporting, and able to turn data into action
- A structured approach to testing — you document what you learn and you apply it
